Strong Flow
Not quite as intense as a level 2/3 but more challenging than a level 1/2 class,
a strong flow practice will get you moving! This class is designed to build heat,
energize and detoxify the body. Poses are instructed with precise alignment and
modifications are offered to help students practice within their ability level.
Expect core work, twists, balancing postures, back bends, inversions and breath
work to round out this invigorating practice. Like all of our classes a strong
flow class is intelligently sequences, and offer precise instruction to give you
the best possible experience both physically and mentally. Yoga experience
recommended.

Level 2/3
In Level 2/3 classes you will go deeper into the physical work and the practice of
self-study. Your teacher will help you achieve breakthroughs in your practice and
your self-awareness. The flow of the class links breath to movement, building
strength, flexibility and balance in body and mind. Expect core work and creative
sequencing. Each class is designed to energize the body, cultivate a meditative
consciousness, and give greater vitality and health. Expect to sweat and be
transformed. Previous yoga experience is recommended as these classes are not
intended for beginners.
