Welcome to my site!

I believe that we live our life to the fullest when we are able to nourish our mind, body and soul. Yoga has brought me a deeper awareness of how I can do this from eating right, the physical asana practice, breathing and meditation.

It is in my intention to live with consciousness to be able to inspire others to do the same. The group classes I teach in Santa Monica are open to all levels from absolute beginners to advanced. For those who aren’t in town, soon I will be sharing more in both my blog and videos.
